Names and Photos People Can Read Quickly

Security staff, guests and colleagues look at an ID or badge for a second. We make the name the largest element, keep photos a consistent size, use colour bands for departments or access levels and leave room for barcodes or QR codes. One master design is then prepared for all your names, ready for bulk printing.

How we work

How We Design Your ID Cards and Name Cards

One master layout is planned first, then prepared for every name on your list.

  1. Fields & Format

Tell us which fields each card must show, such as photo, name, designation, employee code, blood group or emergency number, and the card size. Also tell us whether cards are vertical or horizontal and where the lanyard slot will be punched.

  2. Master Card Design

We design the front and back of one master card. The front carries the photo, name and role; the back can hold the office address, a return note for lost cards and emergency details. Colours for departments or event categories are agreed here.

  3. Names & Photos

Send your list of names, roles and codes as a spreadsheet, with photos named to match each row. We check that photos are clear and cropped the same way, and point out missing or misspelt details before any card is prepared.

  4. Sample & Bulk Files

You approve a few sample cards first, then receive print-ready files for every name on your list. The master source file is handed over too, so cards for new joiners or next year’s event match the first batch. Printing is arranged only if you ask.

Yes. We design delegate badges, staff passes and table name cards in your event branding.

Vertical cards are more common for staff IDs worn on a lanyard, because they hang straight and give room for a larger photo. Horizontal cards suit cards kept in a wallet or with more text, and both use the same card size.

A clear, front-facing photo on a plain, light background works best, ideally about 300 dpi at the printed size. Phone photos are fine if they are sharp and well lit, but blurred or cropped group photos usually print poorly.

It depends on the number of card types and how many names need to be prepared. Share the details and we will send a figure, or phone +91 99992 79077.
