A good card is easy to read at a glance: your name and role first, then phone, email, address and website. We keep enough white space, choose readable font sizes, place your logo well and add a QR code if you want one. The file is set up with bleed and safe margins, so nothing is cut off when the cards are trimmed.
How we work
Four steps turn your logo and contact details into a card file that any printer can use.
Send us your logo and the exact text for each card: names, roles, phone numbers, email, address and website. Tell us whether you want a QR code and the link it should open, such as your WhatsApp chat or Google Business Profile.
We confirm the card size, usually 3.5 × 2 inches, and whether it is single or double-sided. If you plan a special finish such as foil or spot gloss, we discuss it now, because that part of the artwork is set up as a separate layer.
We arrange your name, role and contact lines in a clear order and send a proof with your real details. You check every spelling and number and ask for changes, because a wrong digit on a printed card means a full reprint.
You receive the final print-ready file and the source file (CDR or PSD). For a team, each person gets a separate card in the same layout, clearly named so nothing is mixed up at the press. You can take the files to any printer, or ask us to arrange the printing.

A printer usually needs a high-resolution PDF in CMYK colours with bleed around the edges. We send the card in this form along with the source file. For a later change, such as a new phone number or role, our team updates the same design.
