Brand Book Design

Brand Book Design Services in Delhi NCR

Your logo passes through many hands: printers, dealers, sign makers and new designers. Without clear rules, each one stretches it, changes its colour or puts it on the wrong background, and slowly your brand looks different everywhere. Gowebkart designs a brand book, also called brand guidelines, that shows exactly how your logo, colours and fonts must be used, so your brand looks the same on a box, a bill and a banner.

The empty space to keep around the logo so nothing crowds it.

Clear Do’s and Don’ts

Rules That Stop Your Logo Being Misused

The most useful page of a brand book is often the simplest: the ways your logo must never be used. We show each mistake as a picture, such as a tilted or bent logo, changed colours, an added gradient or a clashing background, so a printer or a dealer understands it at a glance, without reading a long manual. This page is from a brand book we designed for a smart home products brand.

How we work

How We Create Your Brand Book

We start from your logo, fix every rule once, and hand over one book that everyone can follow.

  1. Logo & Brief

Share your logo files, or ask us to design a new logo first. Tell us where your brand appears most, such as packaging, shop boards, dealer signs, vehicles or social media, so the rules cover those places.

  2. Fix the Rules

We prepare the construction sheet with exact sizes and spacing, set the clear space around the logo, write down the colour codes for print and screen and name the fonts. A one-colour version is made for stamps and single-colour printing.

  3. Backgrounds & Don’ts

We show how the logo sits on light, pastel, dark and photo backgrounds, and which uses are not allowed, such as tilting, bending, recolouring, gradients or clashing colours. You review every page and ask for changes until it is right.

  4. Brand Book Handover

You receive the finished brand book with logo files for print and web, the colour codes and font names, plus source files (CDR or PSD) for printing. Send the book to every printer, designer and dealer, and your logo is used the same way everywhere. Printing is arranged only if you ask.

FAQ

Brand Book Design FAQs

A brand book, also called brand guidelines or a brand style guide, is a short document that explains how your logo, colours and fonts must be used. It shows the exact logo size and spacing, the colour codes, the fonts, the right backgrounds and the uses to avoid, so everyone who works on your brand follows one set of rules.

Your logo is used by many people, such as printers, dealers, sign makers and new designers. Without written rules, each one changes it a little, and your brand starts to look different on every board, box and post. A brand book keeps it the same everywhere, which makes your business easier to recognise and trust.

A brand kit is the set of files you use every day: logo files, colour codes and font names. A brand book explains how to use them, with pages for sizes, clear space, backgrounds and the uses that are not allowed. We hand over both together.

Yes. We can build the brand book around the logo you already use. If the logo needs a small clean-up first, such as fixing its colours or spacing, we tell you before the rules are written.

It depends on how and where your brand is used. A compact logo brand book can cover everything in a few pages: the logo, a construction sheet, colours, backgrounds and the uses to avoid. Larger brands can add pages for stationery, packaging or signage.

You receive the brand book, logo files for print and web, the colour codes (Pantone, CMYK and RGB) and the font names, plus source files (CDR or PSD) for printing. Printing is arranged only if you ask.

The cost depends on the number of pages and whether the logo is new or already exists. Share your logo and needs to receive an estimate, or phone +91 99992 79077.
