How we work
We plan your grid first, then design each post, carousel and story to fit it.
You send your Instagram handle, logo, brand colours and the photos you plan to use. We look at your current grid and the accounts you like, and note the products, offers and topics you want to post about in the coming month.
We plan how the next posts will sit together on your profile, mixing product posts, carousels and tips so the grid feels balanced. You see the plan as a grid layout and can swap or move posts before the detailed designs begin.
Each format has its own rules. Story text stays clear of the top and bottom, where the app shows your name and reply bar; carousel slides lead into the next swipe; reel covers are checked in the profile grid crop. You review each design and ask for changes.
You receive every post, carousel slide, story and cover as a phone-ready image at the correct size, with carousel slides numbered and the grid order marked. The source files (CDR or PSD) come too, and our team changes a price or date without redesigning the post.
