Words and Design Together

A Brochure That Reads as Well as It Looks

Many brochures fail because the text is an afterthought. We plan the content page by page, with a strong cover message, short sections, real photos and a clear call to action at the end. Our content writers can write or polish the text, and the design leads the reader naturally from one fold or page to the next.

How we work

How We Design Your Brochure

Your brochure is planned page by page before any design starts, so the story flows from cover to contact.

  1. Content and Readers

Tell us who will read the brochure and how it will reach them: handed out at meetings, kept at reception or sent as a PDF. Share your services or products, photos, logo and any old brochure. Our writers can write or polish the text.

  2. Format and Page Plan

We suggest a bi-fold, tri-fold or multi-page company profile and plan what goes on each panel or page, from the cover message to the contact page. Booklets are planned in multiples of four pages so they print and bind correctly.

  3. Layout and Review

We lay out the pages with your brand colours, photos and headings, and check that each fold opens in the right order. You review a PDF proof, mark changes on any panel or page, and we update the design before final files are made.

  4. Print and PDF Files

You receive a print-ready file in CMYK with bleed and fold marks, a lighter PDF for email, WhatsApp and your website, and the source files (CDR or PSD). If you ask, we arrange the printing and discuss paper and finish options with you.

FAQ

Brochure Design FAQs

A bi-fold is one sheet folded once, giving four panels. A tri-fold is folded twice, giving six narrower panels that suit step-by-step or service-wise content.

Most company profiles work well with 8 to 16 pages, always in multiples of four for booklet printing. The right number depends on how much you need to show.

Yes. Our content writers can write new text or improve your existing content before design.

Yes. Along with the print-ready file, you can get a lighter PDF version for email, WhatsApp and your website.

A4 is the most widely used brochure size. An A4 sheet folded twice makes a tri-fold with six panels, an A3 sheet folded once makes an A4 bi-fold, and company profiles are usually A4 booklets. We can also design to any size your printer suggests.

It depends on how the brochure will be used. Thicker paper with a matt or gloss finish suits company profiles and covers, while lighter paper keeps tri-folds easy to fold and hand out in large numbers. We talk through the options and set the design to suit.

It depends on the format, the number of pages and whether content writing is needed. Share your needs to get a figure, or call +91 99992 79077.
